Single Crystal Growth
STC grows single crystal, cut and cylindrical work from the single crystal.
STC pulls the crystal by CZ method. STC inputs high purified polysilicon together with dopant for adjusting electrical resistivity value
into a quartz pod, then melt them around 1420degree celsius.
Then, put a seed crystal bar onto the surface of melting silicon, pull them with rotation.
Same crystal orientation wafer will be generated with seed crystal axis.
